Introduction :

The US-based client is an EdTech startup unicorn company that wanted to develop a Comprehensive LMS for barrier-free interaction between students and teachers, organising the admission process and tracking the assessment result. For QA testing of this sheer scale of the project; they wanted a robust testing partner that streamlined the process. SDET Tech is happy to help the client with our testing service.

Client Sketch:

The client was developing a 360-degree platform for educational content and service. In that learning management system; there were three log-in interfaces that needed to be performed simultaneously.

Challenge for the Client:

The main challenge was to streamline the QA process by which they can secure the sensitive information of the clients as this is being stored while using the application under Privacy Policy guidelines. Another challenge was to make sure that application was compatible on all possible OS/Browser combinations and Devices.

Solutions we provide:

SDET Tech has successfully overcome all the challenges in the following manner:

• We suggested them to work with a security-oriented static analysis tool and observed their interactions with the security liabilities.
• We delivered end-to-end testing solutions to ensure an error-free learning experience for the students along with other activities like enrolling for the class, attendance, section creations, task allocation, and result viewing.
• Our testing team created more than 10,000 test cases as a part of regression testing and automated them as well.
• Major and High test cases were included in the smoke test that is being used to verify the new changes on QA and Production server.
• We have helped them in regular performance & load testing evaluation.
• We have successfully empowered fully client-side execution and generated automated reports.
• In QA environment, we perform the smoke testing regularly with two virtual machines that have two parallel browsers for test execution to quicken the whole process.
• We have also tested the application from Usability and accessibility testing prospective.
